The first step to completing a new application is to create an account by creating a Login ID and PIN. Your Login ID can be up to nine alphanumeric characters. Your password must be eight characters consisting of numbers and letters. Enter your password again to verify it and then select Login. Please save your login ID and password.

If you have already submitted your application, please refer to the emails containing your new Login ID and Password that were emailed to you two days after submission.
Note: You can only apply once for any specific term. To make changes to your submitted application send any changes, along with your name and date of birth to appservices@usfca.edu. For visiting students send e-mail inquiries to visitingstudents@usfca.edu.
